My Approach

Who I Am

Brittney Nichols, a smiling woman wearing glasses, a white shirt, and beige pants sitting on a sofa in a living room with framed photos on the wall and a large houseplant behind her.

I’m Brittney Nichols. Welcome to Nichols St.

I design and facilitate organizational change processes for organizations that are passionate about what they do and want to move forward with clarity, connection, and purpose.

The clients I work with tend to care deeply - about their people, their mission, and their impact. That care deserves a process that’s both rigorous and human, strategic and flexible, and designed with your capacity and context in mind. Whether we’re working together on a full strategic planning process or a single retreat, we’ll tailor the approach to fit your needs and make it meaningful every step of the way. My goal is not just to deliver a plan or facilitate a meeting; it’s to support a generative process that reflects who you are and where you want to go.

Principles

Values

Values are at the heart of what we do and the decisions we make. What are the inalienable principles you apply to your life and your work?

Creativity

Any act of planning should be a creative endeavor where we are imagining the possibilities that lay ahead and charting the course toward them.

Honesty

We’ll name the constraints and challenges you’re up against, lead with candor and care, and build on the best of what you have to offer.

"THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL YOUR WISDOM AND HUMOR IN THIS PROCESS"
